1. Digital Product and Course Access

All products sold on this website are digital downloads. Once your purchase is completed, you will receive immediate access to the files via download and/or email. No physical products will be shipped.

Because these products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all sales are final.

2. No Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be issued once access has been granted.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you are receiving immediate access to proprietary digital content and you waive any right to chargebacks, disputes, or refunds based on accidental purchases, change of mind, or failure to use the product.

If you experience technical issues accessing your files, please contact us and we will ensure you receive your purchase.

3. Copyright & Usage Rights

All digital products, including but not limited to PDFs, workbooks, guides, videos, and worksheets, are the intellectual property of Releaseology, LLC and are protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.

You are granted a single-user, non-transferable license for personal use only. This means you may:

Download and use the product for your own personal use

Print copies for yourself

You may NOT:

Share, resell, reproduce, distribute, or upload these materials to any website, social media, cloud storage, or file-sharing platform

Modify, rebrand, or claim the content as your own

Provide copies to clients, groups, or third parties without written permission

Unauthorized distribution or reproduction of this content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

4. Educational & Medical Disclaimer

6. Community Nervous System Safety Policy

My communities are designed to support nervous system regulation, healing, and growth. In order to protect the integrity of this space, triggering or divisive content will not be tolerated.

While we acknowledge that politics and current events can impact the nervous system, this community is not the place for political discussion or debate.

The following are examples of content that are not permitted:

• Statements supporting or criticizing political parties, candidates, or elected officials

• Commentary about elections, legislation, or government decisions framed from a political side

• Sharing politically charged articles, memes, or videos

• Polarizing opinions on controversial social issues presented in a partisan way

• Arguments, debates, or emotionally charged responses related to political or cultural divides

• Content intended to provoke, persuade, or rally others toward a political viewpoint

This applies regardless of which “side” is represented. My intention is not to silence experiences but to create a regulated, grounded environment where members feel safe to heal. If you wish to discuss how something has personally impacted your nervous system, please do so without naming parties, politicians, or political positions.

Violation of this policy will result in automatic removal from the community and loss of access to the course without refund.
