Once a purchase is completed, customers receive immediate access to downloadable digital files. Because these files can be accessed, saved, copied, and stored upon delivery, we do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Accidental purchases

• Change of mind

• Failure to read product descriptions

• Not using or downloading the product

• Incompatibility with your device or software

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you are receiving instant access to proprietary digital content and therefore waive any right to request a refund or initiate a chargeback.
