You are not a parent? What makes you qualified to teach this?

As a physical therapist that worked in neuro rehab, incorporating ALL aspects of someone's life was imperative - home-life, school, work, etc. So with over a decade of experience, I've drawn on those experiences along with all my parent friends to find solutions for my patients that are actually doable in their daily lives.

Is this course for new parents? Parents of teenagers?

This course is for parents anywhere along their journey whether your kids are newborns to grown adults.

I’m already burned out. Will this just be more information?

No. Each session includes education and guided, practical exercises you can use immediately — even during a busy day. You’ll leave with tools, not just theory.

What if I can’t attend live?

All sessions are recorded, and you’ll have access to replays and resources for 6 months. You can watch on your schedule and still benefit fully. This timeline was given some deep thought, as I wanted to give enough time, but not so much that you forget to commit

How much time will I need outside of the live sessions?

The core commitment is one live hour per week. The daily meditations, mantras, and micro-exercises are short (1–7 minutes) and designed for real parent schedules.

I already know about the vagus nerve. Is this too basic?

This series goes beyond surface-level information. You’ll learn how chronic healthcare stress uniquely impacts the nervous system — and how to shift it with precision.

Yes. Each session includes live Q&A (up to 30 minutes) so you can get personalized clarity and support.

Do you offer refunds?

No refunds are given. Due to the digital nature of the product and immediate access. Even though the start times of the live calls may be later, you will receive access to other pre-session videos

What if this month feels too crazy to commit?

You will have access for 6 months, so that you can implement and watch anywhere in that timeframe with these sessions eventually being repurposed to be a self-paced course. However, there will be several series coming up: for caregivers, military, first responders, small biz owners, perfectionists, burnout, gratitude and more!
